An indoor postnatal circuits style exercise class for mums and their babies/toddlers. A combination of cardio, HIIT, strength and conditioning for the whole body, focusing on the relevant areas for a new mum: glutes, abs, pelvic floor and more!
MumFit is suitable for all levels of fitness, so please don’t be shy and come give it a try! For the majority of the workouts we offer modifications at levels 1, 2 or 3 so each mum can work at the appropriate level for her. We encourage you to build up gradually over the weeks. Our classes are also very sociable, with many mums staying behind for a coffee and a natter after classes. To participate in a MumFit class a 6-8 week GP health check is essential before commencing the class and if you have had a more complex delivery or c-section please get in touch before attending for the first time.
