NCT Buggy Walk

Tatton Park, Knutsford
Weds 24th July 2pm

Meet for a walk in Tatton Park with your little ones! Path is suitable for bikes, scooters and prams as well as little people toddling. Meet at at Knutsford Side gates, King St (Postcode WA16 6QN). Melissa and Jane will be wearing our green volunteer T shirts so will be easy to spot. You don’t need to be an NCT member to come along to our events! Click for more details



Luna Kids Outdoor Cinema

Tatton Park, Knutsford

Head to Tatton Park this summer for a memorable open-air cinema experience! There will be 5 days of family films for all ages including Peppa Pig: Festival of Fun, a Julia Donaldson selection, The Greatest Showman, Moana, and many many more!!! Click for more details.


Make a Bug Hotel

Decorate your bug hotel and fill it up with natural material to make it warm and cozy for insects. Take your hotel home and wait for your guests to arrive! Booking advised, drop in anytime between 11am and 3pm on your chosen day. £5 per child. Admission applies.  Click for more details.

Summer Slime Time!

Riverside Organic, Davenham
Fri 26th July 11am – 12pm

Slime making with Crafting Corner! If your kids want to make slime but you don’t want the mess in your house then this is the perfect session for you!  This session will last approximately 1 hour where we will make a selection of slime and get messy. £10 per child. We will provide all the equipment to make the slime and each child will take 3 pots of slime home with them that they have made! Suitable for school age children Age 5+.  Booking essential. Click for more details



Glitter Critter Painting

Riverside Organic, Davenham
Fri 26th July 1 – 2pm

Come and paint some glittery bugs with Crafting Corner! This is a paint along session for children (and adults) aged 2+. £10 per person. Perfect for siblings! Choose 3 plaster bugs or flowers, then decorate with colourful paints and sprinkle with glitter. A Midsummer Night’s Dream

Muddy Fun in the Forest!

Big Bugs at intu Trafford Centre

Have you ever wondered what tiny little insects really look like up close? This is your chance to see 12 giant, intricately-designed and extremely lifelike bugs up close as these giant bugs will be placed around the centre for ‘little explorers’ to find! From honeybees to ladybirds, you’ll have the chance to examine the features of these magnificent creatures without the need for a magnifying glass, they are wonderfully realistic, so feel free to inspect them closely! Space Chase Reading Challenge

Knutsford Library (and other Cheshire East Libraries)
Until 7th September 

Taking part in the Challenge is simple – when your summer holidays start, you can sign up for free at your local library. You’ll receive your very own Space Chase mission folder to get you started. Read six library books (or more!) over the holidays to collect special stickers to add to your folder.  Collect all the stickers to find the aliens, save the missing books and complete the Challenge. Grab your space suit and take a giant leap into the library this summer! Ultimate Brick Safari

This summer the Ultimate Brick Safari is coming to Knowsley Safari. Over 80 lifesize animal sculptures made from LEGO® bricks will be popping up on our Foot Safari! Search amongst our real meerkats, bushdogs, giraffe and more to find these LEGO® brick creations, marking them off on your map as you go! Snuggly Summer at Gulliver’s World

Predators at Chester Zoo
