Grand Procession 2pm

This Saturday will be Knutsford’s 155th Royal May Day. It is the highlight of the town’s calendar and a wonderful day of festivities which epitomises Knutsford’s community spirit! The Grand Procession will start at 2pm from Marshall’s Yard opposite St Johns. St Johns Church and the Knutsford Methodist Church will both be open for refreshments. We are delighted to welcome you to Rode for our wonderful Bluebell Walks.  The carpet of bluebells in the Old Wood is stunning and combined with our beautiful blooming daffodils, azaleas and early rhododendrons it is a lovely Spring Walk. Join us for a special May Day Service at St John’s Church where members of the court (including the May Queen and Crown Bearer) and representatives of the Committee attend. Everyone is welcome at the service which is always a lovely celebration of the historic festival.

Discover Tree Climbing

Why not come and experience recreational tree climbing at the lovely Arley Hall & Gardens. This is a fantastic experience for anyone aged 6 and above where you can climb up to the height of four double decker buses! All climbers will be fitted with harness and helmet. Little Mermaid Pyjama Club

Every fortnight we run a pyjama club so you can enjoy date night in style! Kids can enjoy 30 minutes of supervised play or activity with our hosts, followed by a 90 minute children’s film.
