Flipping Good Pancakes

Tatton Park, Knutsford

*Tickets still available* Find the ingredients for the perfect pancake hidden around our Farm, learn how to make your own in time for Pancake Day, decorate your own and enjoy it in our Clydesdale Barn, along with some yummy recipes! Suitable for children ages 5+ and must be pre-booked. Ticket price includes Farm entry admission on the day of the workshop. All children must be accompanied by a paying adult – add this during the booking process. Percy the Park Keeper – One Springy Day

Dunham Massey
1st March – 9th June

Join Percy the Park Keeper and his woodland friends on the first of four seasonal activity trails across the year. Based on the new book ‘One Springy Day’ by Nick Butterworth. Complete the trail around the park, garden and house (open days only) and collect a sticker. Pick up your free trail from the garden kiosk. Women’s Yoga and Pilates Workshop

Rajar Building, Mobbberley

*Limited spaces still available* If your lower back is playing up, you feel exhausted and haven’t had time for yourself in a long time, this class is for you! Open to all mums (no matter how old your babies/children are). Restorative yoga (grounding and restful), followed by hand-picked postnatal Pilates core & back exercises, followed by a gentle yoga strengthening sequence. Suitable for women of all Yoga and Pilates levels including beginners. Not suitable if pregnant. £25 per person including refreshments and a healthy snack. Booking in advance required. Live Lambing and Zoo Weekend

Reaseheath Zoo, Nantwich
Weekends 2nd/3rd and 9th/10th March

The whole family can enjoy this unique springtime experience. Children will always remember seeing lambs being born! There will be lots of fun children’s activities taking place on both weekends including farm competitions and colouring. The Reaseheath Zoo will also be open and the ticket price includes entrance to both the Lambing event and the Zoo. Tickets are available to buy online in advance or on the gate via cash or card. Click for more details


Family Forest School

Nest in the Woods, Adlington

Our programme offers a balanced mix of play, environmental learning, forest school and some bushcraft skills. Family Forest School is suitable for everybody, children, young people and adults. Our monthly Saturday group incorporates tool use, fire lighting, cooking, nature games, survival and bushcraft skills along with a snack, drink and toasted marshmallows. Family Forest School runs right throughout the year, giving us great opportunities to notice and explore the changing seasons. Make and Take

Give us a helping hand at making sessions where you can make one for Quarry Bank and one for you to take home. Make something different every month, from creative crafts to seasonal decorations to fat cakes for garden birds. This session is drop in between 1pm and 3pm. The Makers Market is back!!! An amazing location to showcase, fabulous shops and restaurants and what a great feel and buzz in the town on market day. Even though we say so ourselves, this event is pretty special. One of the largest artisan markets of this type in the UK, with only the very finest food, drink, art and craft. Big Cats made with LEGO® Bricks

Chester Zoo, Chester

We’re bringing you an incredible collection of BIG CATS to the zoo, made completely out of LEGO® bricks! You’ll be able to explore the BIG CATS exhibition and discover more about these incredible species, as well as boosting your brick-building skills by having a go at creating your own animal model. Plus there will be plenty of playful cat-themed events and activities for you to get involved in! There are also be ten endangered brick animals hidden around the zoo for you to discover in our LEGO Brick Trail, with a chance for you to WIN your own in our competition! Normal admission applies.  Click for more details.


Superhero & Princess Trail

Once upon a time your favourite Superheroes & Princesses embarked on an adventure around Blakemere Village… A magical spell was cast and they were all frozen in time!
